Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and using the "Project Inquiry Form," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and B2B Dev, a service brand operated by Vipasha Mahajan in association with Star Reify Tech Solutions.
Service Identity & Agency Backup
- Technical Architect: All technical consultancy and project leadership are provided by Vipasha Mahajan (B2B Dev).
- Agency Support: As stated in our "Global Scale" commitment, we provide senior-level development with the full backup of our registered agency, Star Reify Tech Solutions.
- Direct Architecture: We guarantee that you will work directly with the technical architect, ensuring no communication gaps often found in traditional agencies.
Contracting and Payments
- Secure Contracting: We prefer and recommend secure contracting via Upwork to ensure transparency and "Direct Accountability".
- Billing Entity: While Vipasha Mahajan leads the project, all formal contracts, billing, and financial transactions are managed through our agency profile, Star Reify Tech Solutions, on Upwork.
- Payment Terms: All milestone payments, escrow, and refunds are subject to the terms of the marketplace platform (Upwork) used for the engagement.
Consultations & Project Inquiry
- No Binding Agreement: Filling out the "Project Inquiry Form" or attending a "Technical Consultation" does not constitute a binding work contract.
- Project Selection: We reserve the right to decline project inquiries that do not align with our core expertise in B2B E-commerce, API Integrations, or Scalable Architecture.
Professional Commitments
- Strategic Sync: We commit to being available for consultations during your business hours (EST, GMT, AEST, etc.) to ensure global collaboration.
- Verified Status: We maintain an "Upwork Verified" status to provide peace of mind regarding our identity and payment security.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed contract on Upwork, all custom code, architectural designs, and modules developed during a paid engagement become the property of the Client only upon receipt of full and final payment.
Limitation of Liability
B2B Dev and Star Reify Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We provide "High Priority Support" but do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Star Reify Tech Solutions is registered, as well as the standard Terms of Service of the Upwork marketplace where the final contract is signed.
